Good Citizens

We are good citizens because we spotted a ke yi wu jian ( a black roller luggage) downstairs his place at 1.05am. He said to take note of the time. -_-'''
It was like in the middle of nowhere, beside a pillar. If people wanna throw, they would have dump it near the trashbin right?

We stood near it for nearly 5 mins, trying to decide if we should alert the police.
Then we drove to Bedok Police Station, stupid kembangan closed, and informed the "look very slack" policemen.
And off to chai chee again, for supper.
Fat lah.

We didn't wanna regret if anything really happened.
We are good citizens.
